Form Submissions

Submissions for Team Review

Every Enrollment Inquiry, Waitlist Application, and Employment Application that has been submitted through the website, in one place. Newest first. Switch between forms using the tabs below.

Reminder — applicant information. The data below includes names, phone numbers, addresses, and (for employment) personal-history answers. Keep this page closed when sharing your screen.

Where these submissions go

Every form submitted through the website is now being routed to adminassist@openarmsfairbanks.org. That single inbox receives notifications for:

  • Enrollment Inquiry — the short form on the landing page.
  • Waitlist Application — the full parent/guardian + child form on /waitlist.
  • Employment Application — the multi-step job application on /employment.

If you'd like different forms going to different email addresses — for example, sending employment applications to Lori and enrollment inquiries to the front desk — please email gary.ricke@orbisdesign.com with the routing you want and Gary will update Netlify.

Please test — staff messages

The staff "Message" buttons are a separate system. Please test every one.

On the landing page, each staff card has a Message button that opens a contact form. Those messages do not go to adminassist@. They are routed directly to that individual staff member's own email address using a different service (EmailJS). Because each card has its own destination, every card needs to be tested individually before we can trust the system.

What to do: visit the public site, scroll to the Our Staff section, and for each staff member with a Message button:

  • Click Message on the staff card.
  • Send a short test message (e.g., "Test from Open Arms team — please confirm receipt.").
  • Confirm with that staff member that the email arrived in their inbox — and that it didn't land in spam.
  • If anyone reports they did not receive the test, email gary.ricke@orbisdesign.com with the staff member's name and the email address it was supposed to go to. Gary will fix the routing.

Why this matters: the Message buttons are how families reach a specific teacher or administrator without an email address being exposed publicly on the site. If even one staff member's button is mis-routed (typo in the email address, missing entry, full inbox), messages meant for them will silently fail. A full top-to-bottom test of every card is the only way to verify the whole system before launch.

Note: Two staff members — Wesley and Paetynn — currently have no Message button shown because we don't have email addresses for them yet. If you'd like them included, please send their addresses to Gary.
